Requirements
Must:
- At least seven years of experience in consulting and strategic partnerships
- Proven track record in business transformation or enterprise software delivery
- Strong relationships with system integrators, consulting firms, and enterprise technology leaders
- Deep understanding of the modern software development life cycle
- Experience with AI transformation is a plus, but not required
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and has experience building new business functions, methodologies, or teams from scratch
- Ability to translate deep technical concepts into clear business value and ROI for senior executives
- Natural relationship builder who can earn trust and act as a key liaison between external partners, enterprise customers, and internal product teams
Responsibilities
- Build and lead our AI adoption practice, from initial pilots to scaled rollouts
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of forward deployed engineers
- Establish and grow partnerships with system integrators and consulting firms
- Act as the bridge between JetBrains product teams and customer organizations
