Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience and skills in IT Project Management across the project implementation lifecycle.
- A related IT and/or Project Management qualification is desirable.
- Experience delivering IT Projects in a Manufacturing, Production, Logistics, or Supply Chain environment.
- Experience supporting relocation projects.
- Experience with Manufacturing/Warehousing Management Systems deployment.
- Strong financial experience is advantageous, including preparation of business case documentation.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, handle conflict resolution, and manage expectations.
- Results-oriented approach, focusing on delivering strategic transformation objectives.
- Effective partnering skills, with the ability to earn trust and respect, while fostering employee engagement and building credibility in stakeholder interactions.
- Effective prioritization skills when managing complex workloads.
- Tough and resilient personality, able to work with passionate people and strong leaders.
- Comfortable working with colleagues at all levels within the organization.
- Flexibility to handle urgent initiatives at short notice.
- Experience using Smartsheets or Microsoft Project.
Responsibilities
- Deliver assigned projects on-time, on budget, and against the agreed scope.
- Ensure a consistent project delivery experience to Customers, Project Stakeholders, and IT management by adhering to the JELD-WEN IT PMO Stage Gate Process and standardized delivery process.
- Provide expertise in gathering business requirements and conducting business process analysis and mapping.
- Develop Business Cases to ensure ROI for project activities.
- Plan and coordinate the resources and capabilities required to deliver assigned projects.
- Consistently coordinate planned activities, scope management, IT or project change control, issue management, risk management, deliverable quality assurance, and milestone achievement.
- Serve as the project customer liaison, ensuring appropriate communication cadence.
- Interact with the management team and user base to ensure alignment of business goals with project deployment.
- Produce regular project status reports, highlighting key risks and issues.
- Manage external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Effectively hand over to Business-as-Usual operations post-project closure, including service stabilization, ownership for follow-on actions, and benefits realization.

This is a pivotal role reporting to the IT Transformation Director for the UK and France, where I will lead and coordinate the successful delivery of IT Workstreams for our transformational program.
