- Supporting businesses with the implementation of cybersecurity software and hardware
- Delivering system demonstrations via Microsoft Teams and in person
- Advising customers on suitable products and solutions
- Providing ongoing technical support to existing customers
Description
We are a growing business specializing in delivering cybersecurity solutions to businesses across the UK. Due to our continued growth, we are excited to recruit a Trainee to join our Technical Support team. In this full-time, office-based role, you will work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional travel to visit customers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge of cybersecurity products and services, with the potential for progression into a customer-facing support role.
