Requirements
Must:
- Minimal experience is required; we are looking for someone we can mentor and develop.
- Understanding of Windows, Linux, and networking fundamentals.
- Hands-on PC skills (setup, troubleshooting, hardware basics).
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A customer-service mindset and friendly approach.
- A fast learner who is looking to improve their skill set and grow their career.
- While a university degree is desirable, it is not essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to internal users, resolving as many issues as possible without escalation.
- Troubleshoot Windows and Linux issues.
- Deepen technical knowledge by assisting Senior Engineers with project-based work.
- Assist Senior Engineers with infrastructure administration tasks.
- Support general infrastructure tasks as needed.
- Set up PCs, desks, monitors, and peripherals as required.
- Move workstations and patch network connections as necessary.
