Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar Technical Support position, providing 1st line help desk support
- Experience with Windows Server, Windows 11, O365, iManage, Exchange, and Outlook
- Familiarity with providing iOS and Android support
- Excellent communication skills, confident liaising with colleagues at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of support for iPhones and iPads
- Set up meeting rooms, including hybrid meetings using Teams and Zoom
- Log and manage support calls
- Proactively resolve technical faults, escalating when necessary
- Support physical office moves, PC reimaging, hardware replacement, and temporary equipment setup
- Ensure service levels are maintained by prioritizing tasks effectively
