Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for any IT-related questions or queries
- Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
- Monitor systems for potential threats
- Maintain and support the firms Case Management System – Partner for Windows (Tikit)
- Take the lead on all projects
- Liaise with and manage third party vendor relationships, including software and hardware suppliers
- Oversee and manage the firms IT systems and software
- Provide a high level of technical support
