Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar Technical Support position
- Experience providing 1st line help desk support
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Windows 11, O365, iManage, Exchange, Outlook (preferred)
- Knowledge in providing iOS and Android support
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with colleagues at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level support for iPhones and iPads
- Set up meeting rooms including hybrid meetings using both Teams and Zoom
- Log and manage support calls
- Proactively resolve technical faults, escalating when necessary
- Support physical office moves, PC reimaging, replacing hardware issues, and setting up temporary equipment for staff
- Ensure service levels are maintained, prioritizing tasks as needed
