Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar Technical Support position
- Experience providing 1st line help desk support to a range of users
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Windows 11, O365, iManage, Exchange, and Outlook is advantageous
- Experience in providing iOS and Android support
- Excellent communication skills and confident in liaising with colleagues at all levels
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team
Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of support for iPhones and iPads
- Set up meeting rooms including hybrid meetings using both Teams and Zoom
- Log and manage support calls
- Proactively resolve technical faults, escalating where necessary
- Assist with physical office moves, PC reimaging, replacing hardware issues, and setting up temporary equipment for staff
- Maintain service levels by prioritizing tasks where necessary
