Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with Oracle Cloud payroll implementations
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
- Experience in user acceptance testing and data migration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end implementation of the Oracle Cloud payroll solution
- Participate in discovery and design workshops with stakeholders and partners
- Translate payroll requirements into system configurations
- Oversee system setup and support integration with related systems
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, including test scripts and issue resolution
- Support parallel payroll runs prior to system go-live
- Oversee data cleansing and payroll data migration activities
- Assist with the development and delivery of the cutover plan
- Support teams during the post-implementation hypercare period
- Maintain project documentation including risk and issue logs
- Liaise with business users, IT teams, partners, and senior stakeholders
- Support training and documentation for new systems and processes
Description
We are recruiting a Payroll Oracle Implementation Manager for a 6-month secondment, with a salary range of £65,000 – £75,000. This project-focused role will support the implementation of an Oracle Cloud payroll solution as part of a wider HR and Payroll transformation programme.
