Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience testing Microsoft 365 applications and services
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and related tools
- Solid understanding of integrations, customization, and troubleshooting within the M365 ecosystem
- Experience working within structured testing methodologies and defect management processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and end users
- A proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test scripts aligned to business and user requirements
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Identify, log, and manage defects through to resolution
- Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across M365 and D365 applications
- Validate integrations between Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and existing systems
- Utilise tools such as Azure DevOps to support structured and collaborative testing processes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365 developments, features, and best practice
Description
We are a large, forward-thinking public sector organization located in Liverpool, seeking an experienced M365 Tester to support the ongoing transformation of our digital services. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in improving how our services are delivered, ensuring that our technology solutions are robust, reliable, and fit for purpose. We offer a hybrid work environment and competitive salary range of £35,000-£40,000.
