Requirements
Must:
- Experience within the Insurance Broker & Agents (IBA) industry
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong experience in database management, data modelling, and data warehouse tools/technologies
- Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving ability
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Responsible for calculating and issuing the monthly figures for the travel scheme
- Preparing monthly premium reconciliations for a large Retail brand
- Managing all IBA tasks related to the upcoming Insurance business
- Providing cover for the Senior IBA Technician during absences, particularly for month-end tasks
- Database management and data modelling
- Managing daily downloads from SagePay and Pay360
- Processing broker commissions
- Processing collection files
- Handling customer refunds
- Managing payments to brands and insurers
- Participating in internal project meetings
- Producing various internal and external reports
- Supporting month-end reporting processes
- Handling internal and external queries
- Assisting with other ad-hoc duties as required
