Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and develop business-critical systems across the business
- Lead and contribute to system upgrades, enhancements, and improvement initiatives
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Collaborate with software vendors and third-party partners
- Conduct system testing and support successful implementation of new features
- Drive continuous improvement aligned with business strategy
- Develop and support low-code applications (K2 / PowerApps or similar)
- Create and maintain documentation, procedures, and recovery processes
- Provide technical support to end users and ensure systems deliver long-term value
- Participate in an on-call rota (1 week in 4)
Description
We are looking for a motivated and capable Systems Analyst to support and enhance a number of systems across our business. This is a hands-on role where you will drive system improvements, ensure platform stability, and help future-proof our technology landscape. You will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking IT team, working on impactful systems within a critical industry. This position offers the opportunity to lead projects and influence system strategy while developing your skills in modern platforms, including low-code technologies.
