Must:

- Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills
- ERP and SQL reporting experience

- Synchro ERP exposure (desirable)
- Knowledge of IT service management or security frameworks (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day IT infrastructure and systems support
- Providing senior-level troubleshooting across servers, networks, and applications
- Administering Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and cloud services
- Managing virtualisation, storage, and firewall environments
- Supporting ERP system users, integrations, and reporting
- Delivering SSRS reports for management and operational insight
- Driving cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity capability
- Managing suppliers, documentation, and IT improvements
