Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years in Technical Program Management, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Customer Engineering in SaaS/AI
- Deep comfort operating across technical and non-technical domains, with strong debugging and troubleshooting instincts
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with daily use of AI tools in your workflow
Responsibilities
- Drive complex, fast-moving programs, coordinating internal engineers, data scientists, and external customer teams
- Lead short-term technical projects to deploy and integrate our AI platform, debugging and troubleshooting customer issues in real-time
- Serve as the technical point of contact during deployment, translating customer objectives into actionable technical plans
