Requirements
Must:
- Solid professional experience building and shipping web applications that real users rely on.
- Proficient in Python and Django, or demonstrates the ability to quickly master them.
- Comfortable working across the full stack, including building functional UIs with modern tools.
Responsibilities
- Build features end-to-end, from database schema to user interface, solving real operational problems.
- Improve and optimise existing systems, making pragmatic decisions on when to refactor or rebuild.
- Collaborate closely with non-engineers to understand user needs and deliver effective solutions.
