Requirements
Must:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering roles, particularly with high-traffic services.
- Deep expertise with Amazon EKS/Kubernetes, RDS/Postgres, and Redis.
- Proven track record in setting SLIs/SLOs, conducting error-budget reviews, and leading incident command.
Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on platform tooling and best practices, including SLIs/SLOs, to understand and optimize system performance.
- Drive a culture of post-incident learning and proactive resilience testing across engineering squads.
- Develop and optimize Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and manage deployment pipelines in CircleCI.
