Must:
- Experience managing in-house servers and backups
- Proficiency in site setup and basic hardware infrastructure
- Familiarity with site connections, including mobile SIMs
- Knowledge of site hardware such as laptops, printers, and routers
- Understanding of software management and licensing
- Experience with mobile phone and ADSL/phone line contracts
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day IT issues
- Willingness to work overtime and engage in cloud and ERP solutions
Responsibilities
- Oversee in-house servers and implement backup procedures
- Assist with site setups, including running cables and infrastructure support
- Establish and maintain site connections and mobile SIM services
- Manage and troubleshoot site hardware, including laptops and printers
- Ensure all software and licenses are updated and compliant
- Coordinate mobile phone and ADSL/phone line contracts
- Address day-to-day IT issues that arise on various projects
- Explore and implement cloud solutions and ERP systems
