Your experience, skills, and competencies should include: - Hardware Testing - RR & Lab Testing - Network Diagnostics - Sensor Systems / Radar device-led hardware - Versatility and a passion for working across boundaries to deliver award-winning products that make a meaningful difference in the world - A degree in an engineering, mechatronics, or data science discipline (or equivalent experience) is preferred - A minimum of 5 years of industry experience, including practical experience in testing and troubleshooting - Knowledge of Test-Driven Development and Behavior-Driven Development - Programming/scripting experience, primarily for testing, with a language such as C, Java, or Python - Familiarity with testing tools such as Appium, Selenium, or Playwright - Ability to develop BDD using Cucumber/Gherkin - Knowledge of IoT protocols (MQTT) - Capability to mock hardware devices

Responsibilities

As a Test Engineer, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with a cross-functional team of engineers to develop industry-leading products, ensuring that acceptance criteria within high-level product design inputs are testable - Leading the testing strategy related to software components within our product portfolio - Creating and executing test protocols based on software requirements - Developing regression test suites to ensure consistent functionality across software releases and hardware devices, enabling early defect detection and supporting continuous integration and delivery - Designing and executing test suites specifically for medical device software, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and validating safety-critical functionality - Evaluating and recommending test tools - Providing automation through CI/CD - Collaborating with the wider team to produce internal and external documentation such as bug reports, release notes, and test summary reports - Supporting improved test coverage through collaboration with customers and third-party testing teams, where appropriate - Assisting engineering teams during the deployment and commissioning of IoT systems, ensuring smooth integration and configuration - Diagnosing and resolving issues encountered in real-world environments, while providing hands-on troubleshooting and technical guidance - Taking ownership of verification and validation processes to enable a lean, efficient process that maintains a high level of quality within a regulated industry
