Requirements

Must:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in product management. - Strong experience with Scrum methodology and Agile practices. - Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with product lifecycle management tools and software. - Demonstrated experience or background in software development, DevOps, and testing. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. *Preferred Qualifications:* - Experience in the healthcare or mental health sector. - Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar. - Experience with digital products and IoT devices.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap. - Lead the product development process using Scrum methodology, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. - Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, defining the product vision and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. - Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring items are well-defined using user story format and Gherkin syntax for descriptions and acceptance criteria respectively. - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle. - Monitor and report on product performance, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement. - Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor products to ensure our offerings remain competitive and innovative.
