Must:
- Substantial expertise in testing Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Dynamics, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and CoPilot.
- Thorough understanding of the technical dimensions of Microsoft 365, including integration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
- Commitment to staying updated with emerging trends and updates within the M365 ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers and end users to develop and implement test scripts aligned with business needs.
- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to validate software functionality.
- Identify and report defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure integrations with M365 and D365 applications and existing systems are fully tested.
- Utilize testing tools such as Azure DevOps to ensure collaborative working with the developers.
- Maintain current knowledge of the latest developments and best practices related to M365.
Description
We are looking for an M365 Tester to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in testing Microsoft 365 applications and services. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams, working both in office and remotely, depending on business needs. During your first couple of weeks, you will receive face-to-face training to ensure you are well-prepared for your responsibilities.
