Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience managing SAP teams
- Demonstrable experience in complex environments, working with SAP S/4HANA, FICO, and HCM
- Ability to manage highly regulated and strict audit environments with high availability requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to upskill and mentor individuals
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of integration technologies, authorisations, and workflows
Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP team, ensuring prioritisation of workflows and that SAP Specialists have the required support
- Ensure allocation of resources across project work along with BAU, compliance, etc.
- Drive cross-skilling across the team, developing skills across Finance, HR, MM, etc.
- Provide overall accountability for all SAP S/4HANA availability and performance
- Ensure support is provided at month-end and year-end
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring regular meetings and that SLAs are met
- Ensure documentation related to SAP, including integrations and data flows, remains updated
- Oversee technical fixes, configuration, and enhancements, ensuring correct prioritisation
Description

This is a hybrid position, allowing for flexible work arrangements with two days required on-site.
