Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery module or other CAFM/booking software systems (e.g. Concept FSI, Maximo, Condeco)
- Ability to analyze complex data sets, ensure accuracy, and extract meaningful insights
- Reporting expertise in creating detailed and visually appealing reports using various tools and software
- Experience in ServiceNow, Power BI, or Tableau preferred
- Technical experience with data analytics tools and software
- Proven strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel including advanced functions & formulas, Power BI, Power Query, statistical data analysis, pivot tables, and complex data manipulation
Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the CAFM system
- Develop and implement reports and dashboards for data management
- Liaise with the workplace services team to coordinate updates and maintain accurate data
- Present data findings and reports to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
- Oversee all stages of product creation for ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery, ensuring quality and compliance
- Generate reports on key metrics such as space utilization, asset performance, maintenance activities, and cost tracking
- Use data analytics to support strategic planning and resource allocation, providing actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs
