Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in Data Governance / Quality domain
- Exposure to working in Data Governance / Quality
- Experience in Financial Services
- Experience developing Data Quality reporting processes and supporting MI
- Strong understanding of data management principles and practices
- Knowledge of data governance practices and related technology issues
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and emerging trends
- Demonstrated consulting skills in change management and communication
- Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality Tools and methodologies
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Head of Data Architecture to maintain and promote the Digital & Data strategy
- Establish and govern an enterprise data governance implementation roadmap
- Manage change initiatives and direct departmental data stewards
- Implement an enterprise-wide data governance framework focused on data quality
- Define roles and responsibilities related to data governance
- Act as a liaison between Business, Functional areas, and technology for data requirements
- Develop and maintain inventory of enterprise data flows, critical data elements, and responsibilities
- Facilitate the development and implementation of data quality and protection standards
