Requirements
Must:
- Current DV level clearance
- A background in Central Government or Military / MOD Projects
- Experience of Agile Delivery and the use of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Understanding, reporting and analysis of sprint performance
- Demonstrable experience of facilitating scrum events, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Experience of working on large complex programmes with diverse teams (both multi-location and skill set)
Responsibilities
- Act as the Scrum Master / Project Manager to support the development of an IT Application and Infrastructure Solution
- Facilitate scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Monitor and report on sprint performance
- Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver project goals effectively
- Ensure adherence to Agile practices and principles in project execution
Description
We are a highly successful Systems Integrator located in Farnborough, offering a hybrid work model with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote. We are currently seeking a Scrum Master or Project Manager with existing DV clearance to join a critical operational project focused on Central Government. This is an exciting opportunity to work on significant programmes in a collaborative environment.
