Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience leading or playing a key role in data migrations within financial services
- Solid understanding of savings products (essential), with broader exposure to loans or mortgages beneficial
- Experience working with core banking platforms (e.g. Temenos, Finova, Mambu or similar)
- Experience operating in regulated environments (FCA/PRA)
- A track record of working across multiple teams, including data, technology, and third-party vendors
- Confidence managing risk, dependencies, and delivery challenges in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end migration of legacy savings products and customers onto a new platform
- Define the migration strategy, data mapping, and reconciliation
- Drive the planning and execution of the migration process
- Ensure all deliverables are executed safely, accurately, and with minimal customer impact
- Collaborate closely with technology, operations, data, risk, and compliance teams, as well as external partners
- Lead rehearsal cycles and cutover execution
- Work closely with the data team to ensure data integrity, validation, and auditability throughout
- Report into senior leadership and operate at programme level
