Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience administering or supporting an ERP system
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Acumatica experience or certification (desirable)
- ERP reporting experience (desirable)
- Basic understanding of system integrations (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary administrator for the Acumatica ERP system
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings
- Provide first- and second-line ERP support to users across the business
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate timely resolutions
- Maintain accurate system and process documentation
- Manage change control within the Acumatica ERP environment
- Configure screens, workflows, reports, and dashboards
- Support minor enhancements and ongoing process improvements
- Assist with system testing and upgrades
- Support data imports and exports
- Work closely with internal departments to gather requirements
- Liaise with external Acumatica partners and suppliers
- Coordinate and communicate system changes effectively
Description
We are seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day administration and support of our Acumatica ERP system. This role is crucial as it acts as a key link between IT and the wider business, focusing on system configuration, user support, and continuous improvement of ERP processes. We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a great opportunity to influence how this critical business system is utilized across the organization.
