Requirements
Must:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
- 10+ years experience in software or systems integration environments
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience deploying enterprise security solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across enterprise systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure
Technical Expertise (desirable):
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- PKI, Certificate Authorities, and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs)
- Smart cards, security tokens, and multi-factor authentication
- Credential/Identity Management Systems (CMS/IDMS)
- Cybersecurity technologies
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Domain Controllers
- SQL Server and database querying
- Networking concepts and troubleshooting
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end technical consulting services
- Capture and analyse customer requirements
- Design and implement technical solutions
- Install, configure, and deploy enterprise software
- Deliver training, acceptance testing, and go-live support
- Act as a subject matter expert across the product suite
- Collaborate with internal teams including Pre-Sales, Product, and Engineering
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Produce clear documentation, reports, and status updates
- Support system upgrades and enhancements
- Contribute to Statements of Work (SoWs)
- Ensure smooth transition to support teams post-delivery

We offer a hybrid working model and travel to customer sites is expected (~20%). The salary ranges from £50,000 to £65,000, plus an annual bonus of up to £5,000. Youll play a key role in delivering secure, enterprise-grade solutions while continuing to develop your expertise.
