Requirements
Must:
- Experience developing and implementing RPA processes as an accredited Automation Anywhere developer
- Aptitude for problem solving with a logical approach to error identification
- Structured and methodical work style with an inquisitive mindset
- Fully conversant with computing concepts and development lifecycle methodologies
- Excellent understanding of Excel, including formulas and macros
- Strong grasp of workflow-based logic with capability to conceptualize business processes as automated solutions
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent motivation and self-direction, able to deliver outcomes to strict deadlines and inspire others
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical details to a non-technical audience
- Highly motivated, resilient, and adaptable to change
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end automation process solutions that meet business requirements
- Rebuild existing automations using Automation Anywhere application
- Collaborate with the Solution Design Architect to plan development approaches
- Create and maintain Solution Design Document (SDD) including automation solution process flows
- Design and develop RPA process solutions following Automation Anywhere standards and best practices
- Apply agile practices to maximize business value and continuously improve outcomes
- Drive automation solutions through testing, change management, and production readiness cycles
- Provide operational and change management support for all automation developments
- Assist the Automation Delivery Lead in refining the Framework for rapid delivery of automated processes
- Communicate identified project risks and issues to the Automation Manager
