Principal Engineer - Product Security

- Good understanding of applicable regulations, standards, policies, and guidance on information risk management - Ability to identify, analyze, and evaluate information risks - Proficient in documenting and presenting risk management options - Knowledge of information security principles and their impact on Product Systems - Experience in security-related activities supporting the engineering lifecycle - Working knowledge of cyber security and information assurance marketplace - Proven experience in assessing and managing information risk per industry best practices - Experience assessing and advising on controls supporting Product Safety - Proven application of Product Security/Information Security concepts in relevant technologies - Experience mentoring and supporting others - Ability to communicate effectively with customers, users, and stakeholders - Experience in Product Security Engineering activities in defense, maritime, or similar domains - Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and professional development - Degree (or equivalent experience) in a STEM subject or Information Security - Holds NCSC CCP SIRA status (or able to achieve) - Member of a relevant professional institute
