Senior Pensions Business Analyst

We are expanding our Pensions Administration Projects team and are looking for experienced business analysts who can lead projects flexibly and adaptively to deliver the best results. Our projects span small, medium, and large-scale initiatives, including customer-facing systems and core internal systems. Our goal is to transform the business by incorporating the latest technology for optimal outcomes for our clients and members. To be successful in this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders from business, technology, and external suppliers to understand and challenge core business requirements. This role will be visible to all levels of the business, from partners to frontline operational teams. We seek individuals with excellent communication skills who are willing to challenge the status quo, have strong technical understanding, a commercial outlook, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This position can be based in any of our city center offices, and we offer a hybrid work style.
