Requirements
Must:
- Substantial (ideally 5+ years) of experience in Technical Pre-Sales or the service outsourcing industry
- Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM), specifically regarding hardware lifecycles (procurement, deployment, and disposition)
- Proven ability in analytical and financial fluency, with the skill to calculate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) for complex B2B integrations
- Bachelors Degree in a Business or Technical field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Business fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative, cost-efficient, end-to-end service designs including technical and commercial frameworks with a focus on Device as a Service (DaaS) and workplace IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with sales teams to conduct detailed discovery and business process analysis, delivering customized demonstrations and responding to large Request for Proposal (RFP) opportunities for specialized hardware services
- Manage the implementation of proposed solutions by working closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational standards
