Responsibilities
- Lead the UX vision for next-gen web-based engineering tools
- Translate complex scientific/engineering workflows into intuitive, efficient interfaces
- Conduct user research and create wireframes/prototypes
- Establish design standards and ensure user-centric evolution across products
- Hands-on leadership in building scalable web interfaces and front-end architecture
- Implement high-performance UIs using modern JS frameworks (React or similar)
- Develop reusable component libraries
- Mentor team members and aid in transitioning to in-house capability
- Influence tech stack decisions for long-term scalability
