Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in managing developer infrastructure products and cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Experience managing commercial services and procuring third-party technology services
- Strong background in owning and delivering product roadmaps and backlogs in an engineering-focused environment
- Familiarity with Agile and Lean practices within technical, cross-disciplinary teams
- User-centered product development experience, particularly for internal engineers and technical teams
- Ability to prioritize by outcome using methods such as impact versus effort or cost of delay
- Skill in translating complex technical issues into clear decisions and trade-offs for senior stakeholders
- Experience in operating confidently in brownfield or legacy environments with competing priorities
- Knowledge of supporting business cases for technology investment and measuring service outcomes
- Ability to obtain SC clearance for this role
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and backlog for one or more shared technology platforms
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and delivery teams to reduce friction and improve user experience
- Help downstream teams ship products faster and more safely
- Apply Agile and Lean methodologies in day-to-day operations
- Conduct user-centered product development with a focus on internal stakeholders
- Prioritize work based on business outcomes and user needs
- Translate complex technical challenges into actionable strategies for stakeholders
- Engage with legacy systems to enhance their reliability and user-friendliness
- Monitor and report on service outcomes, including adoption rates and performance metrics
