Requirements
Must:
We are seeking a candidate with previous experience in a PMO, coordination, or administrative role. The ideal applicant will demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills, alongside a high attention to detail and accuracy. Strong MS Office skills are essential, and the ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision is crucial. Additionally, you must currently hold Security Clearance (SC) or have the ability to pass it.
Responsibilities
As the PMO Analyst, I will provide administrative and coordination support to Senior Managers and project teams. This will involve managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and preparing documentation packs. I will produce and maintain management information and compliance reports, as well as support governance processes and action tracking within a busy PMO environment. Organizing meetings, workshops, and internal/external events will also be part of my role, along with preparing papers, reports, and presentations for management reviews. Additionally, I will coordinate travel, expenses, and handle general correspondence.
Description
This position is based in London on an initial 5-month contract, offering a rate of up to £33 per hour, Inside IR35.
