Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, deployment, and management
- Proficient in the Microsoft stack including Azure, Windows Server, and related technologies
- Familiar with DevOps practices and tooling within an infrastructure context
- Skilled in networking including configuration, troubleshooting, and management
- Experience in resolving complex 2nd and 3rd line infrastructure issues
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line infrastructure support and engineering
- Work collaboratively within a team to manage and enhance our technology environment
- Take ownership of infrastructure tasks and issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Engage with cloud technologies and practices to maintain infrastructure efficiency
- Implement and manage Microsoft technologies within our systems
Description
We are a Manchester-based company looking for a 2nd / 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis, offering a competitive salary between £40,000 and £45,000 per annum. This role is predominantly remote with an expectation to be in the office one day per week. By joining us, you will have the opportunity to work in a modern technology environment with a collaborative team, where you can take ownership of infrastructure support and engineering.
