Enterprise Architect

In this role, you will be responsible for translating business strategy into actionable change, leading cross-cutting capabilities, and shaping enterprise-wide architectural direction. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining and owning the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps (business, technology, and data). - Identifying priorities for change and enabling delivery at pace. - Taking a strategic view across multiple architectural domains and programmes. - Influencing decision-making to support reuse, sustainability, scalability, and value for money. - Establishing architectural principles, policies, and standards. - Consulting across the organization and supporting collaboration. - Understanding organizational ecosystems, dependencies, and reference architectures. - Leading architectural governance and assurance activities. - Horizon scanning and applying emerging trends to organizational strategy. - Developing and supporting the architecture community. Additionally, you should be comfortable with: - Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. - Coaching others on architectural communication and decision-making. - Defining problems, shaping solution options, and challenging assumptions. - Evaluating suppliers and understanding contractual frameworks. - Supporting conflict resolution and cross-team collaboration.
