Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience leading large scale cyber security or technology transformation programmes
- Expertise in managing delivery across multiple cyber security workstreams, including cloud security, identity and access management, and security operations
- Ability to define programme scope, milestones, and deliverables within consultancy or client environments
- Experience in producing or contributing to Statements of Work and managing programme budgets and timelines
- Strong skills in managing senior stakeholders across technology, security, and executive leadership teams
- Ability to coordinate architects, engineers, and consulting teams delivering cyber security initiatives
- Experience in delivering cyber security programmes within financial services, fintech, or other regulated sectors is beneficial

Description
We are seeking a Cyber Security Programme Manager for our consultancy client who is delivering a significant cyber security transformation programme for a financial services organisation. This is an initial 6 month contract offering competitive pay between £800 to £1,100 per day Outside IR35. The programme focuses on enhancing cyber security capabilities across cloud platforms, identity management, and enterprise security architecture in a regulated financial services environment. This role allows for remote working with occasional travel to London when required.
