Requirements
Must:
- 1 year+ of experience as a software engineer
- Proficient in designing, building, and maintaining full-stack web applications using modern Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask) and JavaScript/TypeScript in React
- Experience developing and managing SQL-based data models across relational databases
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including participation in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Knowledge of secure development practices, including OWASP standards and authentication protocols
- Ability to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployments
- Experience with code reviews and supporting continuous improvement of engineering processes
- Strong collaboration skills in a client-facing delivery environment
- Familiarity with Docker, Linux, Azure DevOps, or other modern tooling where applicable
Responsibilities
- Join a delivery-focused engineering team working on the development of modern, full-stack applications
- Work closely with end users and stakeholders, contributing to the design, build, and improvement of production systems
- Deliver work in a collaborative, agile setting with a strong emphasis on clean code and secure development
- Contribute actively to Agile team activities, including stand-ups and retrospectives
