Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for all supported IT services, responding to incidents and requests
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly answering calls and maintaining professionalism
- Proactively manage customer expectations through effective communication
- Log all incidents and requests accurately in the appropriate software
- Provide Tier 1 support in accordance with IT policies and procedures
- Resolve all owned incidents and requests in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Escalate incidents that require higher-level management input
- Facilitate access management requests to manage user access
- Assist in managing IT hardware and software assets
