Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an Informatica ETL specialist, ideally 5+ years.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
- Experience with data modeling and data integration strategies.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Desirable: Experience with Snowflake (data modelling, performance tuning, ELT patterns).
- Desirable: Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Desirable: Familiarity with Informatica Cloud (IICS) and modern data integration tools.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Python, Databricks, or broader data engineering technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter / IICS.
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize ETL performance, diagnose issues, and ensure high data quality.
- Identify and address technical issues and challenges related to data integration.
- Participate in design discussions, providing insights for improvements and best practices.
- Document processes and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
