Requirements
Must:

- A degree in Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst within Sales, Supply Chain, or operations.
- Demonstrated experience with Power BI, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Experience or interest in applying AI and advanced analytics (e.g., predictive modelling, machine learning, process automation) to improve business forecasting, reporting, and operational efficiency is desirable.
- Familiarity with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) concepts and warehouse operations.
- Experience working directly with senior management teams.

Responsibilities
- Provide the UK Business Director and wider management team with accurate, insightful, and actionable data analysis.
- Focus on sales performance and market gap analysis, warehouse capacity and efficiency reviews, canceled order analysis, and stock/MRP insights in support of the UK Stock Control Manager.
- Utilize ERP, CRM, and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, SQL, Excel) to explore opportunities for improving forecasting, automation, and decision-making.
- Act as a system trainer and support resource, helping teams understand and effectively use ERP, CRM, and Power BI tools.
