Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Right to work in the UK required
- Analytical mindset: Naturally inquisitive with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Technical aptitude: Comfortable with MS Office; any exposure to software development concepts and/or SQL.
- Communication: Confident verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
- Customer focus: Proactive and keen to understand and support customer needs.
- Organisation: Able to multitask, manage time effectively and work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Support requirements gathering through meetings, workshops and discovery sessions.
- Assist with solution configuration and document specifications aligned to customer needs (basic SQL skills useful).
- Help deliver implementation activities in line with established methodologies and best practice.
- Create e-learning materials, user guides and supporting documentation; assist with training end users.
- Execute testing to ensure the solution meets functional requirements and quality standards.
