Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in workflow design, process mapping, or business process consulting
- Strong experience working with HR policies or similarly complex, policy-driven environments
- Ability to convert verbal requirements into clear technical workflow designs
- Highly analytical, structured thinker with strong attention to detail
- Confident working with C-suite stakeholders and non-technical users alike
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and guiding clients to the right outcome
- Strong communicator - articulate, professional and credible
- Interest in automation and applying AI to workflow design
- Familiarity with software like Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or BPM tools
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and ideation sessions to unpack complex client requirements
- Analyse HR policies, technical documentation, and functional processes
- Translate verbal and ambiguous requirements into clear, structured workflow designs
- Create detailed process maps using Lucidchart, Visio, or similar tools
- Develop mock-ups and validate solutions with stakeholders
- Identify inefficiencies and troubleshoot workflow challenges
- Define and manage data and delivery milestones across the lifecycle
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding and constructively challenging clients
- Bridge communication between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams
Description

With near-zero client attrition and a reputation for delivering high-quality solutions, we are entering a period of significant growth over the next three to five years. This role offers genuine visibility and the opportunity to influence high-impact client work and complex workflow solutions. You will have the chance to grow within a flat management structure, with clear potential to evolve into a lead or head of consulting position as our business scales. Our package includes a competitive salary of £55,000 – £65,000, 25 days holiday, and the flexibility to work from home.
