Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience leading testing and QA for digital products, websites, and services
- Experience across manual and automated testing methodologies
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management
- Experience producing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Hands-on experience with functional, non-functional, regression, integration, DIT, OUAT, accessibility, performance, and security testing
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of accessibility, inclusive design, quality, security, and data privacy
- Experience designing or implementing test automation frameworks (desirable)
- Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms and automation testing (desirable)
- Experience in health, social care, or third-sector environments (desirable)
- Testing or QA certifications (desirable)
- Experience supporting release management and service readiness processes (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Owning and improving testing and release processes across the IMT function
- Planning, executing, and managing testing activities across the full digital delivery life cycle
- Working closely with developers, product owners, and service teams in an agile environment
- Supporting release readiness, deployment, and post-release assurance
- Helping define the future automation strategy and testing roadmap
