- Lead, support, and grow our NOC & SOC teams - Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing analysts, engineers, and leaders - Foster continuous learning through coaching and structured training - Inspire your teams, communicate clearly, and bring people together around shared goals - Stay calm and confident in high-pressure or crisis scenarios - Drive operational excellence - Oversee 24/7 monitoring to ensure strong network performance and quick issue resolution - Lead security detection, escalation, and response processes to keep threats at bay - Own incident and crisis management - Build and refine SOC incident response playbooks - Lead high-impact escalations with clarity and confidence - Shape the future of our NOC & SOC - Set goals and align operational strategy with wider business priorities - Manage team resources, budgets, and vendor relationships - Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive efficiency through automation - Ensure all operations follow regulatory and internal compliance standards - Produce clear, meaningful performance metrics (uptime, SLAs, MTTD/MTTR) for senior leadership - Oversee the use and optimisation of SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, and monitoring technologies - Continuously improve workflows so the team can respond faster and smarter
