Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Developer with a proven skillset in object-oriented (OO) and domain-driven design (DDD), who is passionate about quality and testing. You should have experience working within a development environment focused on technology, particularly with cloud-based applications, and have previously delivered change to business-critical, highly available customer-facing platforms. A broad technical background, with proven experience supporting diverse technical integrations and delivering successful change through different methodologies—including agile and waterfall—is necessary. Additionally, experience with CI/CD delivery in cloud environments is crucial.

Responsibilities
As part of our engineering team, you will directly support the architectural solutions in line with our strategic alignment. Your role includes ensuring smooth transitions of technical solutions to the wider team, discovering and designing new complex solutions, and working with the Principal Engineer to establish new patterns. You'll be contributing towards fostering an innovative culture through effective solution design, supporting the growth of technical skills within your squad, and applying risk considerations to every architectural decision. You are expected to act as a 'code guardian', maintaining high standards of code quality and assisting team development.
