Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of modern analytical techniques and several years of experience in business analysis or change management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as a logical, structured, and analytical mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio is required, along with experience in digital solutions, cloud computing, web, CMS, and API technologies. BA Diploma modules are also essential.
Desirable qualifications include a PRINCE2 certification and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, along with exposure to AWS or Azure.

Responsibilities
As the Product Owner, you will build strong relationships across the business and champion a consistent, high-quality approach to product delivery. You’ll own and define the roadmap for critical applications, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry trends. Acting as the bridge between stakeholders, technical teams, and a 3rd-party agency, you will translate business requirements into clear, actionable outputs.
Your tasks will include gathering, documenting, and presenting business requirements, specifications, feasibility studies, and process maps. You will map current (as-is”) and future (to-be”) business processes, conduct gap analyses between new systems and current user requirements, and lead User Acceptance Testing and user training activities. Additionally, you will coordinate projects and resources to ensure successful and efficient delivery, providing excellent communication and support to both internal users and external customers.
