Requirements
Must:
- Security cleared (minimum SC)
- Experience in technical support and service delivery
- Familiarity with incident investigation and resolution processes
- Ability to fulfil service requests and assist in problem investigations
- Strong documentation skills
- Technical coaching experience
- Ability to work rotating shifts (Early, Mid, Late) covering a 24/7 service
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Computacenters customers
- Assist in incident investigation and resolution
- Fulfil service requests as required
- Help with problem investigations
- Identify and generate support documentation
- Provide technical coaching to other team members
- Ensure adherence to agreed standards and procedures
Description
We are seeking a Security Cleared First Line Analyst to support the delivery of a 24/7 service for our client, Rolls Royce, based in Milton Keynes with a hybrid work model. This is a 6-month rolling contract offering a competitive pay rate of £13-16 per hour.
