Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who are fluent in both English and Spanish, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills. You should have excellent customer service skills, and while previous call centre experience is beneficial, it is not essential. Being organized and methodical in your approach to work is important, and previous experience in IT support would be an advantage but is not a requirement.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-line IT support to external clients by efficiently and professionally resolving their queries. You will log, track, and update support tickets accurately in our system. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues will be part of your duties, escalating issues when necessary. Additionally, you will guide clients through step-by-step solutions over the phone or via email, maintain clear documentation of common issues and solutions to support team knowledge, and support the team with general IT tasks while contributing to ongoing process improvements. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients will be essential.
Description
We are a proud partner of a specialist IT company that is looking to expand its multi-lingual team within a modern service office in Peterborough. The position we are offering is a Spanish-speaking Service Desk Adviser, which is an ongoing temporary-to-permanent role. We offer a competitive pay of £13 per hour, with overtime available at time and a half. The working hours are 40 per week, scheduled between 7 am and 7 pm, and you should be flexible with shift rotations and occasional weekends. Comprehensive training will be provided, along with opportunities for progression within our growing IT team.
