Requirements
Must:
- I require 5 years of experience in a senior software engineering role.
- You should have at least 2 years of proven leadership and people management experience.
- A strong technical background in Angular (frontend) and C# .NET (backend) is essential.
- Experience in full-stack development and familiarity with best software engineering practices is necessary.
Responsibilities
- You will lead and support a cross-functional software development team.
- Ensuring team productivity, engagement, and performance will be your responsibility.
- You will oversee project execution, stakeholder communication, and the overall development of the team.
- Providing technical guidance in Angular (frontend) and C# .NET (backend) will also be part of your role.
